Chris is a remarkable man who showed up for the initial interview with complete and organized information of our neighborhood with all relevant data that was explained in easy-to-understand fashion. My wife and I were very impressed....He answered all our questions and listened attentively to our wants and needs...After numerous showings we received our first offer four days after our listing. He advocated on our behalf negotiating a counter-offer that was significantly higher than we expected..At least $10,000 more! Chris and Maria Sarievski were incredibly helpful all throughout the process. They have been: - Informative: As first-time home buyers, some areas of the process can be vague for us. The first few open houses serve as an educational period for me and my husband to learn about what aspects to consider. Chris was very detailed. He made sure that we were well-informed at each house that we checked. They were also clear about explaining the process, and what is needed on our end. - Transparent and trustworthy: which leads me to being transparent. Compared to other realtors(in our experience) Chris and Maria weren't pushing us to buy immediately or buy something that's out of our budget. Again, they always made sure we were well-informed with our decisions. I can't stress enough how transparent he is. If there seemed like major problems within the house Chris would mention it. Chris made sure that we're buying a house on a reasonable/fair price based on the current market situation and the overall condition of the house. This was very helpful for us since we are new to the area and the process. - Reliable and prompt: They were always on time. If there was anything that needed to be checked, Chris and Maria were already on top of it. Which made the process less of a hassle for us. If we had questions/clarifications Chris was always available to answer or look into it or give their recommendations.
